Meteors

The meteors will fall randomly in the night.
The meteor system will pick a random player thats online. Once it picked someone it will put the meteor on a list.
On this list the meteor stays until a timer reaches 0. The timer is different for each Meteor.
Once this reaches 0 it will spawn the meteor on the location of the player that it picked
