Water Supply

 

One of the following:


  • fountain

Houses

Needs:


  • 6 houses
  • Each one needs at least 7x7 space
  • At least 2 beds, 2 chests, a furnace and a crafting table

Gives you each weeks:


1 Conquest point. Every 4 more houses, another Conquest point. (2 houses are required for each single one of the ‘’special buildings’’)

Market

Needs:


  • 6 Market stalls
  • Each one needs at least 3x4 for space and in at least 3 different shapes
  • At least a counter, a chest and a display of wares

Gives you Once:


  • 1 Npc trader of the faction and for every 3 additional stalls. From 12 stalls on 1 foreign Npc trader. (example: first 2 traders are local, 3th and so on can be local or foreign

Staff will spawn in the Trader.

Shops

Basic Needs:


  • 3 Shop Buildings
  • Each one needs at least 7x7 space
  • At least a counter, a chest, a sign outside, Storage room and a display of wares

Shop requirements:


  • Varieties of shops: bakery, butcher, mason, weaver, pot maker, brewer, tanner, etc, Special crafts: smith, armourer, fletcher, silversmith …
  • All shops need to produce / process in some way the ingredients for their trade. For example, the baker needs a big oven, the weaver needs to have some sheep/ storage for wool, the tanner has some tanning pits, etc. 

Gives you each week:


  • The 3 initial shops give 3000 coins each week. 
  • If you make more, each shop adds 1000 coins. Eachs shop requires 4 houses to be build instead of the normal 2 for ''special buildings''

Food production

Needs Lvl 1:


  • At one 10x10 fields of crops
  • Fenced in fields with shed and water supply for 2 different farm animals.

Needs Lvl 2:


  • Adding another 10x10 of vegetable gardens (they can be several small ones, that amount to 10x10) with different crops from the first one

Needs Lvl 3:


  • Adding another 10x10 of crops
  • Adding another Fenced in fields with shed and water supply for 2 different farm animals.

Needs: Lvl 4:


  • Adding a fruit tree grove with 5 different fruit trees gives

Every Lvl requires you to have build the required amount for the levels before it.

Gives you each week:


  • Lvl 1: 500 coins
  • Lvl 2: 1000 coins
  • Lvl 3: 1500 coins
  • Lvl 4: 2000 coins

Mill

Needs:


  • Windmill Building Or Watermill
  • At least 5x5 space
  • Storage for crops
  • Needs housing (see house requirements).

Gives you each weeks:


  • 500 coins
  • And an Npc farmer once

Defensive building

Everything WITHIN the defensive building counts for the capital. Everything outside the defensive building will be outside of the capital, (Exception food production)
So all the claimbuilds should be within the defensive building


Needs:


  • Wall
  • Towers
  • Gate

In mountain:

  • Mountain Gate
  • Defendable Mountain Entry

Gives you each week:


  • one Conquest point extra
  • And allows Sieges

Throne Room

Needs:


  • Throne
  • At least ~ 20x20 space

Gives you each week:


  • One conquest point extra

Barracks

Needs:


  • 10 beds
  • 5 armor stands with armor
  • 5 Weapon racks
  • A training ground with at least 2 training targets
  • A mess hall for the soldiers

Gives you each weeks:


  • 500 coins
  • 2 armor sets of your faction

War room

Needs:


  • Table of Command with seating
  • Map of your place
  • At least 7x7 space

Gives you each weeks:


  • And once a Commander

Library

Needs:


  • Bookshelves
  • Building
  • Tables
  • At least 20x20 space
  • reaception

Gives you each weeks:


  • Gives 3 random scrolls
  • 100 coins.

Bank 

Needs:


  • A secure bank building
  • A counter
  • At least ~ 30x30 space
  • Offices

Awards:


  • Gives a Bank Block to allow storage of coins.
  • 6000 coins each 3 weeks.

Port  (Extra, not required for capital)

The port can be a distance away from the capital

Needs:

  • Dock
  • Shipyard with a crane
  • lighthouse
  • 3 ships

Gives you the ability to:

  • make a teleport to another port or boat
  • Will still cost you a bit of money each time you travel.

Tent Camp

Needs:


  • 5 Tents/Living Spaces:
    • Each tent / living space needs: A bed and chest
  • Water Supply:
    • Can be a Clean River,Well,Fountain,Spring,Lake They need to be in the vicinity of the tent camp
  • Watchtower to view the area:
    • Needs a table of command, The tower needs to be at least around 8 blocks high minimum.
  • Fenced in area for the Horses:
    • Some Hay bales and an area that fits 3 horses. So about 6x6~  or 3 individual spaces for them to stay in.

 

Can Only be used for Claiming a Territory that can't or won't be oposed by another faction. It can’t be used for Defending a Territory.

Fort

 

Needs:


  • Defensive Building:
    • Walls and Towers or a Defendable Mountain gate.
  • Water Supply:
    • Can be a Clean River,Well,Fountain,Spring,Lake They need to be in the vicinity of the Fort.
  • Command Room:
    • Needs space for the Commander, a sleeping quarters for the commander, a table of command with seats around it.
  • Barracks:
    • Space for 10 soldiers so 10 beds, some chests and 4 armor stands (filled with armor) and some weapon racks (with weapons). (These can be dispersed in multiple rooms).
  • Armory:
    • A room with storage and 2 armor stands (with armor) and a total of at least 8 armor stands. And at least 4 weapon racks.
  • Smith:
    • An anvil, a fire, some forges, A cauldron or basin with water and a crafting table.
  • Stables:
    • Space for 4 horses so a 8x8~  field or individual pens.

Allows to be used in Defense and Claiming of Territory. You also gain Lvl1 of the Territory rewards.


You can’t use catapults for defense. In Sieges

Castle

Needs:


  • Defensive Building:
    • Large Walls and Towers Or a Large Mountain gate. Some of the Towers need to be capable of having Catapults. 
  • Water Supply:
    • Can be a Clean River,Well,Fountain,Spring,Lake They need to be in the vicinity of the Castle
  • Throne Room:
    • A Command room with a large Throne in a centrally located place in the building needs to be at least around10x10 blocks of room and have a Table of command with seats.
  • Large Barracks:
    • Space for 16 Soldiers So 16 beds some chests and 6 armor stands and weapon racks (filled with armor and weapons.) (These can be in multiple rooms).
  • Large Armory:
    • 8 Armor Stands and at least 4  chests. 6 Armor stands and weapon racks need to be (filled with weapons and armor).
  • Armorer Smith:
    • 2  anvils, a large fire, some forges, unsmeltery’s, A cauldron or basin with water and a crafting table. Needs Lava or molten liquid as well in a basin.
  • Large Stables
    • Space for 8 Horses in a Building/Room with 8 individual pens for the Horses.

 

Allows you to claim a Territory and Allows Defending and the use of a max of 2 catapults during a siege for the Defenders. Gains Lvl 2 resources from the Territory.

Town Hall

Needs:


Minimum ~10x10 inner space with a Council meeting Table. It is the main governmental building of the city

Awards:


Is Required to start building a city and awards + 1 Conquest Point Every Week

City Guards

A small police station to guard against Crime  Needs:


  • Police station size minimum 10 x 10 ~
  • A small holding Cell
  • A reception Area

Awards Weekly:
Gives 1000 coins each week and allows Catapults to be used for Defense during a siege

Stables

Needs:


  • Space for 5 horses so 5 individual pens in a Stable / barn
  • A small field / area to have them roam free / graze
  • A small watersource
  • Some Haybails

Awards Weekly:


  • 500 coins each week and a stack of hay bales.
  • Allows the hiring of cavalry units if you have a barracks already. (Unit maximum remains the same.)

Inn

Needs:


  • A main room with space for at least 4 tables with seating and a Bar
  • A kitchen
  • 5 Small Bedrooms that contain a chest and a bed
  • And a small area or place to store a travelers horse

Awards Weekly:


  • 1000 Coins

Guild Hall

Needs:


  • An Area in the Inn itself slightly seperated from the common areas in the Inn or a seperate building for the merchants.
  • That has a small Bar
  • And a meeting room to discuss Trade
  • 3 Smal Bedrooms with a chest and a bed each.

Awards Weekly:


  • Gives a certain amount of a random resource each week.

Great Library

Needs:


  • A ~50x50 Library Building
  • Bookshelves and reading area's
  • Needs a small secured Archive

Awards Weekly:


  • Gives 5 random scrolls each week and gives 500 coins each week as well. (only one allowed per faction)

City Storage

Needs:


  • ~ 20x 20 Large Storage building for the city
  • That contains Chests and rooms to store Materials

Awards:


  • Gives lvl 3 territory rewards
  • Gives 1 conquest point each week

Palace

Needs:


  • Entrance Hall
  • Main Room
  • at least 2 bedrooms
  • a Kitchen
  • Small Private Garden

Awards Weekly:


  • 1 Conquest Point

Needs:


  • A Tower for Messenger Pigeons
  • And a Small Building or an Area to receive and write messages

Awards Weekly:


  • 2 Conquest Points
  • Gives 3 Stacks of Feathers each Week

Needs:


  • ~50x50 field with Training utilities for an army
  • Minimum of 3 seperate ways to train soldiers (Archery, Swordfighting or Cavalary training something allong those lines)

  • 2 Conquest Points
  • And 300 coins

Needs:


  • ~15 x 15 sized building
  • Forges
  • A Fire
  • 2 Anvils
  • A storage room for weapons and Armor

Awards Weekly:


  • 4 Sets of Normal armor of your faction each week
  • 64 ingots of your factions steel

Needs:


  • ~25 x 25 Sized Prison building
  • A mess hall
  • Cells 
  • And a place for the Guards

Awards Weekly:


  • 1 Conquest point each Week
  • Allows The King to Demote a Lord

Villa's

Needs:


  • More luxurious Houses needs to be ~15 x 15 inner space 
  • Other Requirements Stay the same (Check house requirements)

Awards:


  • A Villa Counts for 2 Houses vs 1 (When determining the amount of special buildings can be build.)
  • Gives 200 coins each Week (for only the first that was build)

Religious Building

Needs:


Needs to be a grand structure in the Capital and provide the space for the followers to practice their belief

  • Area's to preach or pray 
  • Decently Large religious builing So minimum of ~30 x 30

Awards Weekly:


  • 2000 coins every week
  • 1 conquest point every week
  • (RP Wise you are allowed to declare a War for the reason of it Being a Holy War)
