Claimbuild

Needs:

  • Clean water Supply
    • fountain
    • Well
    • Aquaduct
    • Clean river
    • Mountain water
  • Defensive building
  • Barracks
    • 5 beds
    • 2 armor stands with armor
    • 2 Weapon racks
  • A main building (A commander NPC can be spawned in once accepted) 
    • this building is the center of your claim build. You can compare it to the throne room build
  • Smithy
    • At Least an anvil, 5 forges and a fire
  • Stables 
    • Place for 2 animals

one of the following:

  • fountain

You are now able to get other builds approved.

Houses

Needs:

  • 8 houses
  • Each one needs at least 7x7 space
  • At least 2 beds, 2 chests, a furnace and a crafting table

Gives you each weeks:

  • one conquest point extra

Market

Needs:

  • 10 market stalls
  • Each one needs at least 3x4 for space
  • At least a counter, a chest and a display of wares

Gives you each two weeks:

  • Trader Token (can be converted with a staff member)

Shops

Needs:

  • 3 Shop Buildings
  • Each one needs at least 7x7 space
  • At least a counter, a chest, a sign outside and a display of wares

Gives you each week:

  • 5000 coins

Food production

Needs:

  • At Least two 10x10 fields of crops
  • Scarecrow

Gives you each week:

  • 128 bread, 32 Potatoes and 32 leather

Windmill

Needs:

  • Windmill Building
  • At least 5x5 space
  • Storage for crops

Gives you each two weeks:

  • Farmer token

Defensive building

Everything WITHIN the defensive building counts for the capital. Everything outside the defensive building will be outside of the capital, (Exception food production)
So all the claimbuilds should be within the defensive building

Needs:

  • Wall
  • 4 towers
  • Gate

In mountain:

  • Mountain Gate

Gives you each week:

  • one conquest point extra

Throne Room

Needs:

  • Throne
  • At least 10x10 space

Gives you each week:

  • one conquest point extra

Barracks

Needs:

  • 10 beds
  • 5 armor stands with armor
  • 5 Weapon racks
  • A training ground with at least 2 training targets

Gives you:

  • You are now able to use 300 coins for units!

Needs:

  • Table of Command with seating
  • Map of your place
  • At least 7x7 space

Gives you each two weeks:

  • Commander Token

Library (Extra, not required for capital)

Needs:

  • Bookshelves
  • Building
  • Tables
  • At least 15x15 space

Gives you each two weeks:

  • Scroll Token

Bank  (Extra, not required for capital)

Needs:

  • A secure bank building
  • A counter
  • At least 10x10 space

Your faction can now store:

  • faction coins

Port  (Extra, not required for capital)

The port can be a distance away from the capital

Needs:

  • Dock
  • Shipyard with a crane
  • lighthouse
  • 3 ships

Gives you the ability to:

  • make a teleport to another port or boat
  • Will still cost you a bit of money each time you travel.
